Rep. Troy Balderson (R-OH) described President Trump’s flurry of executive orders as “getting out of control,” saying that only Congress can do certain things, the Columbus Dispatch reports.
Said Balderon: “Congress has to decide whether or not the Department of Education goes away. Not the president, not Elon Musk. Congress decides.”
