Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) will oppose the rule and the continuing resolution when House Republican leaders bring it to the floor next week in an effort to avert a government shutdown, Punchbowl News reports.
That means Speaker Mike Johnson can’t lose another GOP vote.
