Postcard from Spain

We spent the last week traveling through Spain, with the highlight being the stunning Alhambra in Granada—a breathtaking example of Islamic architecture and one of the best-preserved palaces of its kind.

Other standouts included the Royal Alcázar in Seville, the Mosque-Cathedral in Córdoba, and of course, Gaudí’s still-unfinished masterpiece, the Basílica de la Sagrada Família in Barcelona. We also took in a flamenco performance, visited the Picasso Museum and enjoyed some truly excellent meals along the way.

Now, we’re headed back to New York. Thanks for bearing with the sporadic posting schedule over the past week.

Goddard earned degrees from Vassar College and Harvard University. He lives in New York with his wife and three sons.
