Russia Will Resume Nuclear Testing If the U.S. Does

“Senior Russian officials on Nov. 11 said they were still waiting for a White House explanation about what President Donald Trump meant he when said he had instructed the Pentagon to resume nuclear weapons testing,” USA Today reports.

“And that if the United States resumes nuclear testing, Russia will too.”
