Democrats Look Strong in Pennsylvania

A new Franklin & Marshall College poll finds Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) with a considerable lead over Stacy Garrity (R) in the gubernatorial race, 48% to 28%.

Perhaps more important: “Voters said they prefer Democratic candidates 44% to 37% in congressional races.”

“If those views hold through November, it could be pivotal for Democratic efforts to flip the four GOP-held seats they have targeted in Pennsylvania, which include Rep. Scott Perry in the 10th Congressional District, as well as the 1st, 7th and 8th districts.”
