“President Donald Trump is planning a primetime address Thursday that will use findings from reexamined government files to argue that the country’s election infrastructure has vulnerabilities,” the Washington Post reports.
“Trump told reporters in the Oval Office on Tuesday that the speech would concern voting machines but declined to elaborate.”
