Former White House press secretary Dana Perino excoriated Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) in an interview on her time in the George W. Bush White House, The Hill reports.

Said Perino: “He’s an absolutely poisonous figure in Washington D.C., he’s been a disaster for the country.”

“The criticism came after Hewitt asked Perino to respond to Reid’s condemnation of her former boss.”
