Fox Business host Lou Dobbs attacked White House adviser Stephen Miller for not doing enough to help President Trump in his efforts to overturn the election, The Hill reports.
Said Dobbs: “Why don’t you guys jump and salute Ted Cruz and say, ‘Yes, we want you on the team’ now? My God, this is not a time for internecine nonsense on the part of the Republican Party, which is watching its blood drain into the streets because they’re gutless!”
The exchange is worth watching.
Fox Business host Lou Dobbs repeatedly told Trump, both privately and on his show, to fire departing Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, the Daily Beast reports.
Dobbs’ tactics were quite similar to those he used to help convince Trump to fire former Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Daily Beast: “In the days before his Oval Office address on Tuesday night, Donald Trump leaned on a number of advisers on how to navigate the government shutdown he’d waged over funding for his border wall. The list included immigration hardliners Fox News host Sean Hannity and Fox Business star Lou Dobbs, both of whom, according to two sources familiar with the conversations, had a clear message for the president: push forward for the wall funding and break the Democrats’ will.”
