If you read the first letter of all of Rep. Paul Gosar’s (R-AZ) tweets yesterday, in reverse-chronological order, it spells “Epstein didn’t kill himself,” the Washington Post reports.
Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) has an interesting explanation for why he thinks climate change isn’t real, Axios reports.
Said Gosar: “Unfortunately you haven’t been taught about photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is where plants take carbon dioxide to produce oxygen. That’s a problem in today’s world. We haven’t taught kids exactly what’s going on in America and in science.”
ABC News captured this exchange between Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Michael Cohen during today’s House Oversight Committee hearing:
GOSAR: You’re a pathological liar. You don’t know truth from falsehood.
COHEN: Sir, I’m sorry, are you referring to me or the President?
Said Gosar: “It always hurts, Mike. You know, blood is supposed to be thicker than water. But, you know, this actually details exactly what the left, what Barack Obama actually asked progressives to do, is to get into family and friends, in their face, and not let up.”
“A day after a December 2017 announcement that Sen. John McCain had been hospitalized for the ‘normal effects’ of cancer treatment, Arizona’s Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) was lobbying for McCain’s Senate seat,” the Arizona Republic reports.
“Gosar’s chief of staff, Thomas Van Flein, conveyed the northern Arizona congressman’s interest in replacing McCain to Gov. Doug Ducey… The brief text exchange began at 11:56 a.m. Dec. 14, less than 24 hours after news reports of McCain’s hospitalization in Bethesda, Maryland.”
Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) announced on Twitter that he has asked the U.S. Capitol Police to check the identification of all State of the Union attendees and arrest any “illegal” immigrants.
Said Gosar: “Of all the places where the Rule of Law needs to be enforced, it should be in the hallowed halls of Congress. Any illegal aliens attempting to go through security, under any pretext of invitation or otherwise, should be arrested and deported.”
Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) told Vice that the participants in the white nationalist rally in Charlottesville in August may have been organized by an “Obama sympathizer” and funded by George Soros.
Said Gosar: “You know, you know George Soros is one of those people that actually helps back these individuals. Who is he? I think he’s from Hungary. I think he was Jewish. And I think he turned in his own people to the Nazis. Better be careful where we go with those.”
Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) told the Arizona Capitol Times that he may challenge Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) in next year’s Republican primary.
“Flake’s frequent clashes with President Donald Trump throughout his 2016 campaign and into the early days of his presidency have earned him the enmity of many in the Republican base.”
